This is me: Then and Now (Minus 15)

After getting the results back from my GP after a visit back to Australia in December 2018 I realised that I needed a change in my lifestyle. Over weight by 15 kg, high cholesterol, prediabetes blood sugar and a waist line 19 cm too high, I set out on a journey to turn things around, drastically. The only good news was that my PSA (prostate) results were good, no problem there.
