Growing up in Cairo Egypt as a young boy, Mostafa loved playing football and with the playstation his mother gave him, which he still has, and treasures.

Having the best of both worlds, a father who gave him the freedom to explore, a mother that kept a close eye on him, he has developed into a confident young man who found his independence at 16, when he moved into his own apartment and found a job as a Barman with well respected Hotel Chain.

Listening to Mostafa it is clear to me, here is a young man who takes planning very seriously, that t the tender age of 10 he made some mature conscious decisions that he would follow into adulthood.

Life now finds him working as a Night Shift Manger at a 4 Star Hotel in Kuwait, working 6 days a week. Days off are spent doing normal chores like cleaning, shopping and enjoying his love of cooking.

Cooking found a way into his life at 15, which on a rare occasion was enjoyed by his family.

While I didn't press him too much on his married life, it was obvious that he is very happy and looking forward to the day when he and his wife can be together all the time.

Dreams for the future include modest business's that centre around hospitality, that one day I expect will rival the story of the Marriott Chain of Hotels.

He remains very close to his family, especially with his older sister who he calls every day. Talk about a great brother, sorry to say he puts me to shame.

Not wanting to hog the lime light, he asked if he could takes some photos of me, which I thought was only fair. So after a few (very short) lessons about exposure and rule of thirds and he was a pro ....click, click.

It was now 6 am and 60 minutes had quickly passed.  I have totally enjoyed listening to Mostafa' stories from his childhood to the dreams of his future.

"Everyone has a story if you only take the time to listen."
