At the start of every month a van comes to the camp and pulls up where roughly 4000 workers spend at least an hour standing in 45 degree heat waiting to get see the one of the three guys sitting in the back of the van. Why is this monthly ritual so important?
The guys in the van are just as happy to see their regular and new customers. Little by little as each customer transfers their money, their business grows, they get to keep their jobs and their dreams alive, step by step, month by month.
